I have to remind myself of this everyday….
It can be a rewarding feeling when those pants that were tight just a few weeks ago start to get looser and looser. That’s motivation lol. Now for Day 2…
I don’t know about you, but sometimes I lose track of just what all I’ve eaten throughout the day. So I’ve decided to restart journaling and taking note of everything I eat. Why do this you might ask?
Well, I’ll just be honest, I’m an emotional eater. So, for example, if I have a hectic, stressful day and keep track of how the day is going (aka what my current mindset) is and what it is I’m eating, it will be easier to understand those “weak spots”.
Also, journaling can give you an outlet to release pent-up emotions (whether it stress, anxiety, or just for fun lol etc.) Again, I’m just using me as an example.
YOU have an idea of what best works for you. Even just a week of tracking, can make a big difference.
