Last night, I thought I’d take a “nap” before working out, but woke up this morning & realized I had slept through the whole night. (My bad.) What I learned from this is that there will be times when you and I slack off, but we should NEVER beat ourselves up about it.
Today’s a NEW day where we have the opportunity to wipe the slate clean, and get back on track.
