Setbacks are a part of life and we all experience them. The main point for you and I is to get back in the game! The sooner action is taken after a setback the more motivated you will be to keep going.

Those who achieve great success in weight loss, business, or any other endeavor did so because they stayed the course, NOT because every day was peachy and they never slipped up. So…if you’re feeling like giving up, DON’T.
