What is your “WHY” for getting fit?

Its week 2 of the fitness challenge, and I’ve decided to make this week even better than last.

I love making the workouts fun and engaging to avoid boredom. Most of all, I remember my “WHY”.

Have more energy…

Live longer…

Have a nicer toned physique….
